Wendi S. Haynes, CPA, has been with Livingston & Haynes, P.C. for over thirty years. She serves as the firm’s Managing Partner.  Wendi has extensive experience providing assurance, tax and business consulting services to nonprofit organizations, including human service organizations, charitable and grant making institutions, cemeteries, foundations, social clubs, and fraternal organizations.

She is highly experienced in performing audits and reviews of not-for-profit organizations. She also served as the firms Quality Control Partner.  In 2019, Wendi completed the requirements of the AICPA to be a peer reviewer.   Ms. Haynes completed the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants Not-For-Profit Certificate Program I. This is a credential awarded by the AICPA upon successful completion of 40 hours of continuing professional education in specific not-for- profit accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, governance, and assurance.

Wendi also manages high-net worth families’ tax planning, preparation and review for individuals, trust, partnerships, and corporations.  While working with a wide range of clients she has specialized in the real estate and retail industries.  Her length and dedication to her clients with a personal approach and genuine concern for her clients has allowed her to work with multiple generations of families.
